How do I submit an event to the calendar?
Use the Contact Us page to send event details (name, date/time, location, organizer, and a link for tickets/registration).
Do events have to be chamber-sponsored?
No. We welcome community events that are relevant to Thorndale and the surrounding area. Chamber-sponsored events will be noted when applicable.
How far in advance should I submit my event?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for events that need promotion or registration. Earlier is always welcome for annual events.
Can I include a flyer or image?
Yes—send a web-ready image (JPG/PNG) and we’ll include it when possible. Please include a short description for accessibility.
Where do I register for signature events?
Use the event pages for details and entry forms: Car Show Entry, Christmas Parade, and Chili Cook-off.
Who should I contact for changes or cancellations?
Send updates as soon as possible via Contact Us. We’ll revise the listing and note any changes.
